Bought a coffee maker from Buydig deeply discounted, new and I've never been so pleased, customer service was superb and delivery was as expected very quick. Quality of their products are fantastic with great warranties. Very pleased

4 Star Purchase Experience with 5 Star Customer Service

My first purchase on buydig is Samsung Q900 soundbar. It was delivered in 2 days - Fast shipping!
The shipment box got damaged (hole) and so the unit also received a noticeable damage. When reached out to BuyDig customer service for return/replacement including the damaged box and produt pictures, I was offered a 10% off to keep the damaged product. I requested to bump up the discount close to 25% due to cosmetic as the unit was working, and it went through multiple reps but no suitable resolution was offered. CS rep Yanill Tajeda deligently looked into this and offered refund that is close to my expectation in timely manner.
The purchase experience is seamless and the customer service member Yanill won me as a repeating customer to BuyDig.

Nightmare

They will send you products that are junk and dont even think about using a giftcard. Its taken me weeks of back and forth to get it right. Its bot worth your time or money

Order canceled for no reason, payment still pending

I ordered a watch from BuyDig on 6/19, and got a confirmation email. On 6/20, I received two emails telling me there was an issue with the credit card, even though I have used that card in many other places. I called customer service, which has a specific menu item for billing issues, which is a pretty big warning sign. They confirmed the billing address and told me I was good to go. On 6/22, the order was canceled with no explanation, but payment is still "pending" on my credit card.

Great experience

This was my first time actually purchasing a laptop (LG gram 14" 2-in-1 Lightweight Touch Laptop Intel i7).

I placed my order with BuyDig.com on a Saturday and it arrived the following Friday.

While waiting on my order to arrive, I noticed their website had it on sale for less than I paid. I reached out to them and requested a price match. Yanill Tejada responded and provided me with a refund of the difference between my purchase price and the sale price.

I had never heard of BuyDig.com, so I was a little reluctant to purchase my laptop from them, but in the end it was a great experience and I would purchase from them in the future.

Great experience!

Ordered a LG C1 OLED 65”. Brand new. Got it fast and it came in perfect condition. Read some bad reviews but decided to try to anyways and I couldn’t be happier. Got an amazing deal too!

Great Customer Service experiences, Fast Shipping

It has been my experience with BuyDig that they follow through with their customers. I had great communications from their customer service. Good prices too. I received my Sony Bluetooth speaker came in a timely manner and I was pleased by every part of the process.

Hello, all I can tell you is about my experience with them. They advertised an excellent price on an item and after waiting three weeks for delivery, they cancelled my order and I never received the product. There are multiple reviews like this for this company. I did receive my money back though. For me personally, I will never do business with this company again.
